ACUPUNCTURE Therapy
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medical practice that involves inserting thin needles into specific points on the body to promote health and well-being. It is commonly used to alleviate pain, reduce stress, and treat various medical conditions.Acupuncture points are believed to stimulate the central nervous system. This, in turn, releases chemicals into the muscles, spinal cord, and brain. These biochemical changes stimulate the body’s natural healing abilities and promote physical and emotional well-being.

Manual osteopathy
Osteopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure and function. Osteopathy can help with overall health and well-being but also with a wide range of musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal issues. Therapist uses hands-on skills for investigation and treatment of body discomfort or dysfunctions. It aims to treat the root causes, not just the symptoms. Therapist accomplishes this by using manipulations, myofascial release, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage and muscular energy techniques that increase mobility in troubled areas, enhance circulation throughout the body and lower inflammation. The following conditions will be beneficial with manual osteopathy:
– Back / Neck / Joint pain (e.g., knee, hip, shoulder) and stiffness
– Muscle strains and sprains / Repetitive strain injuries (e.g., carpal tunnel syndrome)
– Osteoarthritis / Scoliosis / Sports injuries / Nerve impingement syndromes (including sciatica)- – Headaches & migraines / Anxiety & depression / Insomnia / Asthma
– Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) / Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
– Baby / Infants: Flat head / Plagiocephaly, Breastfeeding issues

– Pain relief & Immune system strengthening – Moxibustion can help with pain and inflammation, strengthen the immune system by tonifying Yuan Qi, or prenatal Qi.
– Overall wellness or treating serious diseases – Moxibustion can help reduce the risk of illness and extend life, can also help treat serious diseases and conditions.
– Regulating Qi & blood, Dredging the meridians – Moxibustion can help regulate the flow of Qi and blood, which is believed to be blocked when pain occurs.

OUR MASSAGE SERVICES
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage technique that involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue in the body. This type of massage is typically used to alleviate chronic muscle tension, reduce muscle pain, and improve overall mobility.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage is a broad term that encompasses various massage techniques designed to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. Unlike purely recreational or relaxation massages, therapeutic massage focuses on addressing specific physical or medical issues.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones to relax and massage the body. This therapeutic technique combines the benefits of traditional massage with the soothing warmth of heated stones to promote relaxation and relieve tension.
Myofascial Massage
Myofascial massage, also known as myofascial release, is a specialized massage therapy technique designed to target the fascia – a connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and other structures throughout the body. Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as lymphatic massage or lymphatic drainage therapy, is a specialized massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the natural drainage of lymph, a colorless fluid that plays a crucial role in the body’s immune system. The lymphatic system is a complex network of vessels, nodes, and organs that transports lymph throughout the body and helps remove waste products, toxins, and excess fluids from tissues.

Thai Massage
Traditional Thai massage, unlike typical Western-type massages, it doesn’t involve lying on a massage bed while a massage therapist applies oil to your body and kneads your muscles and pressure points. Instead, you lie fully clothed on a mat on the ground while a practitioner uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension, promote relaxation, and improve flexibility and circulation.
Combination Thai massage incorporates additional regular massage techniques like kneading, long strokes, trigger point treatment, etc, uses massage oil, on a massage table, and combined with stretching.
