Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team and provide expert care to our clients. As a Physiotherapist at TruRelief Wellness Massage & Acupuncture, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ physical health and well-being, working alongside our talented massage therapists. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to help individuals recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and manual therapy to improve clients’ physical condition.
- Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with our massage therapists to provide comprehensive care and recommendations for clients.
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and exercises for ongoing improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and registered as a physiotherapist in Alberta, Canada with proof of appropriate liability insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Dedication to providing outstanding care and improving clients’ quality of life.
- Strong ethical and professional conduct.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a massage clinic or multidisciplinary wellness centre.
- Additional certifications or specializations in physiotherapy.
